This book is lives up to the 1st two components of the title - Program Contract. It falls short on the constructing procedure but if you know you are going to use a Builder or Common Contractor, it is a superb source of info.
I haven't got the time to manage the developing approach but I know I can intelligently speak with my contractor. This book offers the reader a firm footing in dealing with the property design and contractor processes.

This book is incredibly valuable for you to operate with and speak the language of your contractor. It is not designed for you to be your own contractor, but to function with one particular that you select. In Part II "How to Construct It", the book shows how a residence is place together.
